Expedited Delivery Option in the UK
If you would like to purchase an expedited delivery option, please complete the following steps:
- Complete your order online using the free standard delivery option.
- Send an email to info@londonicosmetics.comwriting your order number/name in the subject title and explaining which delivery option you would like.
- We will send you a Paypal invoice for the additional delivery cost which you will need to clear.
Once the invoice is cleared, we will change the delivery service of your order.
Returns Policy
Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper -resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened and must be returned within 30 days of dispatch.
If you wish to return an item for a refund/replacement, send the items back to the below address. If you no longer have your invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number and reason for return.
Please note that you must get in touch with us to approve any returns before sending the item back.
The cost of the return postage is due to be paid by the customer unless the item is sent to the customer in a damaged condition.
Your order will be returned to London International Perfumes & Cosmetics where your refund/replacement will be processed within 10 working days.
