Shipping

1. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

2. What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer the following shipping options:

3. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). If you place an order before 3:00 PM (GMT) on a business day, it will be processed the same day.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Returns & Refunds

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

6. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@londonicosmetics.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once approved, we will send you a free return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the package.
  4. Send the package back to us using the provided shipping label.

7. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 15 business days and issue it to your original payment method.

8. Are there any items that are non-refundable?
Yes, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift items
  • Damaged or defective items (unless reported upon delivery)

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us at info@londonicosmetics.com with details and photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

10. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
